Cacao protein pancakes

Substitute regular pancakes for a delicious and nutritious option.
Ingredients (servings 5 pancakes):
• 1/3 cup of almond flour
• 1/tbsp of sunflower oil
• 1/3 cup of almind milk
• 2 Tbsp of cacao powder (unsweetened)
• 1 scoop of whey protein (it can be also vegan protein powder)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix for few seconds at low speed, to get an even mix.
In a small pan, over low heat, add some oil and pour the mix in the shape of a medium sixed circle. Wait one minute until air bubbles begin to appear on the surface and then flip the pancake. Wait one more minute and place the pancake on a dish.
Top with some honey, peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate.
Tip:
To increase the protein content in this recipe add two egg whites.
