Ingredients: (servings 8 energy balls):
• 1 cup of precooked oats
• 1 1/2 Tbsp of peanut/almond butter.
• 2/4 cups of almond milk / yogurt without sugar
• 1 tsp of coconut or brown sugar
• 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with no added sugar.
In a food processor add the oats, penut/almond butter, almond milk, sugar and chocolate chips. Mix them until all the ingredients are together. If the dough is to dry you can add a little bit more of milk or of peanut butter.
Once you’re done mixing the ingredients, take a small scoop of the dough and with your hand form a small ball. Repeat this step with the rest of the dough.
This recipe is ideal for a mid morning/afternoon snack before hitting the gym! It’s also a great recipe for a quick breakfast.
